自制煎饼果子
材料:春卷皮(圆的、方的都行),油条,鸡蛋,葱花,香菜,饭扫光。 在平底锅中放少许油,中火,放入3张(经验值)春卷皮,然后打入一个鸡蛋,用铲子把鸡蛋戳碎,平摊在春卷皮上。可以放入葱,香菜,芝麻,依个人喜好。 待鸡蛋基本定形,把整个春卷皮翻过来,本面应该呈金黄色。赶紧摸饭扫光,放入事先烤好的油条(Oven 350F, 10-15 min)。如果喜欢,也可以放孜然。最后卷起来就OK啦! 优点:方便快捷,已经连续吃了三天了。看看是那个意思吧!
